How it works

    Tell us the URL to track. We read the homepage and suggest five queries a person might type.

    Keep or edit the queries

    Edit the five, remove one, or add more, up to ten. They lock for the billing period once you confirm.

    We ask every Monday

    ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Meta AI, and Google AI Overviews each answer the queries.

How is citation share calculated?

Citation share is the answers where your brand was mentioned or cited, divided by the successful answers. Failed queries and answers with no AI Overview stay out of the denominator.

What is a mention, and what is a citation?

A mention means your brand name or domain appears in the answer. A citation means the answer includes a source URL on your domain.

What if the sample is small?

The report shows how many answers succeeded. If an engine fails, or Google has no AI Overview, that week’s sample is smaller, and the report says so.

Can I change the queries?

They stay fixed for the billing period so the week-to-week comparison uses the same questions. They unlock at the next period.

Which engines are included?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Meta AI, and Google AI Overviews. Meta AI is mention-only, because it does not return source URLs.

How do I cancel?

Cancel from your subscription settings. The tracker data stays for 90 days after cancellation.
